Point in Blogging

Here is the blog entry to start a blog that I hope will be a very long, interesting, encouraging and informative blog. I hope to be doing a lot of work in the future... and I'm hoping to use this blog as a means to letting people know what is happening.

As of now I am on the road to Memphis School of Preaching, though not quite literally. I am currently working on finding monetary support. There is no tuition, but the school does not allow its students to hold secular jobs, as the work is very demanding. I hope to get my letters out Monday.

I believe this blog will be helpful in informing everyone of my activities while in school. I doubt I would have the time to personally email updates out to everyone. I figured this would be a good time and excuse for typing things up and putting them in blog form.
